The Oliso smart iron is the only iron that lifts and lowers with a touch to the handle. This makes ironing safer and faster whilst preventing scorches, burns, tips and leaks. No need to upend in between uses, making it more stable.
With 2000-2400 watts for rapid heat up. Auto shut-off feature turns the iron off after 8 minutes of non-use. The extra smooth Pro-press soleplate is easy to clean and scratch resistant. The Oliso smart iron's wide pressing core reduces dimples, making it perfect for iron-ons, appliqués etc.
Extra long 3.7m, 360 degree pivot cord for full range of motion and suits left and right handed users. 5cm detail tip for ironing cuffs, pleats and around buttons. The spray function helps with stubborn wrinkles. The triple-play™ professional steam system featured on the oils smart iron has 3 settings: continuous, horizontal burst or vertical burst.
A side-fill water tank with flip funnel reduces spillage. The anti-tip design makes the iron safe and stable. The iron also comes with a 2 year limited warranty for peace of mind.
Delivery Policy
For sewing machine orders placed between Sunday and Thursday, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours. So for example an order placed on Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders placed on Friday or Ssturday will be dispatched on Monday.
All orders will be sent via express courier directly from the manufacturer. You should receive your new machine between 48 – 72 hours after dispatch.
Other items will dispatch within 3 working days via Royal Mail first class. You should therefore receive your item(s) within 4 working days from placing your order.
We will always send email confirmation of dispatch.
We appreciate your patience at busier times of the year, for example, Christmas, Easter and Black Friday.
We do not ship outside of the UK.
If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe please send us an email to info@woolshop.co.uk quoting your order number.
Returns Policy
For unwanted items, you must inform us within 14 days from delivery date. For faulty items, you must inform us with 30 days from the delivery date. You must inform us by emailing us at info@woolshop.co.uk quoting your order number and the reason for return.
We will advise you of the next steps. If you are required to return the item(s) you must do so within a reasonable timescale.
Any unwanted items must be sent back at your expense, in original packaging and condition, as new undamaged, unused and in a resalable condition.
If we receive items back in used condition a refund will not be issued and they will be made available for your collection or a partial refund will be offered if the value has been affected by the use of the item or otherwise damaging it, this includes packaging and accessories.
In short, you can handle the products just as you would in a shop, but no more than that.
Fabric that is cut to length for an individual order cannot be returned. We deem these products to have been made to order, and as such are exempt from distance selling regulations. Please order carefully.
When returning items, we suggest for your own protection you choose a tracked delivery service that offers the appropriate compensation for the value of goods being returned.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
